Refund policy

RETURNS
Upon product arrival, if you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return your item for exchange or refund within 10 days from when your order was received. If you purchased your fins through a retailer, you will need to arrange for a refund or exchange with that retailer. To assure that your refund or exchange is processed properly please email lagunafin1@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number and we will issue a Return Authorization number.  

  • Merchandise must not be used or altered and be returned in original packaging or you may not be qualified for a refund. 

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for any reason, please send us an email at lagunafin1@gmail.com with the word “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. Indicate the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. We will check stock on the requested exchange item as well as compute any difference in value between the returned item and exchange item and send you the instructions for returning the item for exchange. Exchange items must be unused and be returned in original packaging. We cannot refund items that have been exchanged.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or used (item(s) must be returned within 10 days of product arrival to be eligible for a refund).
We cannot refund shipping costs. Customized fins are FINAL SALE.

SALE ITEMS
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
