From Above & Below

Watching and studying professional athletes is an important part of any athletic training regimen.  Here you can study Olympian Kaitlin Sandeno from above the water and below, while she swims breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke.  Notice her body alignment and positioning for each stroke. Also see how her Laguna Fins are pushing her feet in the right direction, while building the proper leg muscles used for each stroke. Like Kaitlin said herself, "These fins are a game changer!" Train like an Olympian, swim like an Olympian. #swimminthedream
