Seal Rock Swim with @theswimmechanic

We've swam at many beaches up and down the coast of Southern California with Bryan Mineo (@theswimmechanic). Our mutual love for the ocean always keeps us coming back for more with huge smiles on our faces. There's something about the ocean that makes you a better person every time you jump in. Our desire to find new places to swim never settles, as we explore our beautiful coastline. This day we swam out to Seal Rock at Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach. There was particularly large surf and a strong current that day, which excited us with caution! Here's some of our favorite photos from that swim.
